How to get to Mattapan Community Health Center

From downtown Boston
Take 93 South to Exit 11 (Granite Street /Ashmont). At the 2nd light take a left onto Gallivan Boulevard. Take a left at the 7th light onto Norfolk Street (you'll see the Walgreens at the corner). Go straight through the 1st stoplight and at the 2nd stoplight take a left onto Blue Hill Avenue, route 28 to the intersection of Babson St. and Blue Hill Avenue. MCHC is across from the Mobile Service Station. Parking for Mattapan Community Health Center will be the rear.
From north of Boston
From Route 95 continue straight into 93· Take exit 2B which will bring you directly into Route 138· Travel all the way down Route 138 about 6 miles and go into Mattapan Square· Route 138 will turn onto Blue Hill Avenue, route 28, at the Square and bring you to the intersection of Babson and Blue Hill Avenue. The entrance to Mattapan Community Health Center is on the left .
From south of Boston (the South)
Take Route 128 going North. Get off at 138 North (the Milton, Mattapan, Dedham exit). Follow Route 138 all the way down into Mattapan Square. Route 138 turns into Blue Hill Avenue, route 28, at the juncture where the Square begins. Mattapan Community Health Center is less than a mile on the left.
From west of Boston (the Massachusetts Turnpike). Take the Massachusetts Turnpike heading East into Boston to 93 South. Follow above direction from the East.
By way of Tremont Street From Downtown:
Take Tremont Street past the Jackson Square station on the Orange line to Egleston Square intersection and. Continue going straight. Bear left through lights crossing Washington Street (turns into Seaver St.) Pass Franklin Park on your right (get into right hand lane). Take a right onto Blue Hill Avenue, route 28. Drive straight about 3 miles (past Morton Street, with the Police Station on your right) Mattapan Community Health Center is about half mile down on your right.

We are on several MBTA bus routes, three are listed below :
The #31 bus from The Forest Hills Orange Line or from the Mattapan Square T Station
The #28 bus from the Ruggles Orange Line and Commuter Rail station, Dudley Station or from Mattapan Square.
The #29 bus from the Jackson Square Orange Line Station or from the Mattapan Square T Station.
All three buses stop in front of the Health Center when heading south towards Mattapan Square, or across the street when heading north from Mattapan Square.
