Care with a robust public health and community health agenda.
We have full time positions. Our goal is to deliver the
best health care experience for our patients. All of the
positions require excellent nursing skills and experience,
a team spirit, and a patient-friendly attitude.
Qualifications: RN with current Commonwealth
of Massachusetts license to practice nursing. A minimum
of two years of clinical nursing experience in either a
hospital or community health center is required. Ability
to be flexible, work independently, organized, and work
under pressure. Sensitive to a culturally/ethnically diverse
population. Creole speaking is a plus. Job descriptions

School-Based Health Center (SBHC) Nurse Practitioner: Under general supervision of the preceptor physician for the SBHC, assesses diagnoses and treats episodic illnesses and manages chronic health problems of adolescent and pediatric patients to provide primary patient care in a school based health center.
Qualifications: RN with current Commonwealth
of Massachusetts license to practice nursing. Position requires a Master’s degree from an accredited program in nursing or physician assistant program, a current license from the Massachusetts State Board of Registration, national certificate as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant, and a certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Bi-lingual ability in Haitian Creole or French preferred.
