Mattapan Community Health Center is led by a diverse and dedicated Board of Directors who Represents the communities served. The Board engaged in a collaborative strategic planning process in 2007/2008 and developed five strategic priorities that are listed below.

 Mattapan Community Health Center's Board of Directors have identified five Strategic Priorities - they are the following: Developed in 2007/2008

  • Funds Development to support enabling and preventive health services, and our capital expansion project.

  • Improve The Health Status of our patients and our community through primary care services, focusing on access to health care, health disparities, and health outcomes.

  • Strengthen Our Infrastructure through valued people, robust programs and services, and evolving systems.

  • Collaborations and Strategic Alliances  with varied partners to Improve Health and Build Community.
